Unskilled Labor Position
We are currently looking for a Laborer. Construction or carpentry experience is not required but preffered. You will be assiting in the construction of decks. The starting pay for this position is $12.50 hour. The 1st month will be a probationary bases in which we can train you to our style, procedures and evaluate you based on your skill level and reliability. After one month the probationary period will be over and you will be at the starting pay with the possibility of more if you have exceptional skill and speed. After a certain amount of time, we will teach you how to build decks and you may move up to the skilled carpenter postion after a few years experience.

We are based in Fishers and we work in Hamilton & Marion counties. You must be reliable and able to work Monday through Friday with some Saturdays also be mandatory. We will work a 40 hour work week however due to weather and scheduling issues we average 34 - 38 hours a week in. If we miss to many days during the week you are able to work some none mandatory Saturdays to make up hours. You must also have reliable transportation as you will be required to drive to the job site each morning. We build decks from March to December however we can slow down during late fall and early winter. You will be provided with company shirts that must be worn. Start times vary depended on time of year. We provide all the neccesary tools and equipment, however you will need to have a toolbelt, hammer, tape measure & safety glass!
