We are currently looking for a Carpenter with a minimum 2 yr. experience building decks and has a general understanding of how to build a deck from start to finish. The starting pay for this position is $14 hour with the possibility for more. We will start you at $12 an hour for the 1st month in which we can train you to our style and procedures, after one month you will be evaluated based on your skill level and reliability and will be moved up to the starting pay of $14 hour with the possibility of more if you have exceptional skill and speed. We are based in Fishers and we work in Hamilton & Marion counties. You must be reliable and able to work Monday through Friday with some Saturdays also be mandatory. We will work a 40 hour work week however due to weather we may not always get a full week in. If we miss to many days during the week or are behind schedule we will work on a Saturday to make up hours. You must also have reliable transportation as you will be required to drive to the job site each morning. We build decks year round however we do slow down in the months of December, January & February. You will be provided with company shirts that must be worn. Start times vary depended on time of year. We provide all the neccesary tools and equipment, however you will need to have a toolbelt, hammer, tape measure & safety glass!
