As a full service company, we design, order materials, build, and clean the work site upon completion. This allows you more time to enjoy your new deck. Our decks are built to the following specifications: Prime # 2 Grade Pressure Treated Southern Yellow Pine Lumber Used (Less Rounded Edges & Defects Than The Standard Grade Competitors Use). 16" On Center Framing. Foundation Post Set In Concrete 32" Deep. 5/4 x 6" Custom Decking Boards On Top. Screws Used On All Top Decking Boards. Built To 40 P.S.F (Pounds Per Square Foot) Rating. Extra Reinforcement For Hot Tubs Available.

In most cases, we can give you an estimate the same day as you set up your appointment along with a drawing. As soon as you decide to have your deck built by Decks By Design of Indiana, we will email, mail or fax you the paperwork and when you receive it simply sign and send it back to us, we will then schedule your project.
